Good things to know
Do we have to download anything from an app store?
No. EveryStreet opens in your phone's or computer's web browser. On a phone you can add it to the Home Screen so it opens full-screen like any other app, with its own icon. There's nothing to install and nothing to update.
What if there's no signal where we're knocking doors?
Visits, rider answers and attendance are saved on the phone and sent automatically once the signal comes back. Your team can keep working; nothing is lost.
Who can see our riders' and families' information?
Only people you've approved on your team, and only what their role allows. Each bus route's team sees only its own route, and that rule is enforced by the database itself. We never sell information or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for the details.
Can we bring in our existing rider list?
Yes. On the desktop dashboard you can copy your list from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it straight in. Then it's yours to edit like a spreadsheet.
What do we need to set up the map?
The map uses Google Maps, so your church adds its own free Google Maps key in Settings (usually free at a church's size). We'll walk you through it step by step.
Is it only for churches with buses?
No. Door-to-door visitation, follow-ups and soul-winning teams work on their own, with or without a bus route. Many teams start there and add the bus ministry later.
What happens if we stop using it?
You can export your information and ask us to delete your church's workspace at any time. There are no contracts and no penalties.
